Shipping Information:

We currently ship within the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other international destinations at this time.

Processing Times & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time: 3-7 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Daily cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)

Orders placed before 5pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Shipping rates are:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at info@lilymelbourne.com.

Track Order

You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at info@lilymelbourne.com and we will be happy to help you.

Taxes

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).

However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
