REFUND POLICY

  • Is returning free of charge?

    No, return shipping is your responsibility. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.

  • How can I return my purchase?

    Make sure to include your order number with your shipment and provide us with specific instructions on what to do with your returned products.

  • How long does it take to exchange a product?

    If you indicate during the return process that you would like to exchange a product, we will start the process immediately. This way, we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

  • What if the product I want to exchange is no longer available?

    Ask our customer service for options. We will inform you when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you've already initiated the return and the product is sold out, we will contact you to work together on a solution.

  • Where can I find my order number to initiate a return?

    You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service will be happy to assist you.

  • What should I do if a product was delivered damaged or defective?

    Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product gets damaged during shipping or production. We are happy to resolve this for you. Please send us a message with a photo of the issue. Our customer service will work to find a solution as quickly as possible.

  • What if I want to return my order after the return period has expired?

    Remember to return your product within 30 days before the return period ends. If this is not possible, we offer you the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please contact our customer service for available options.

  • How long does a refund take?

    We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 30 business days. You can track your return using the tracking number provided with your shipment. The 30 business days start from the day the package arrives at our warehouse. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed. Keep in mind that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

  • What are the return conditions?

    Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

    Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with tags still attached, and must be packed in a box (not a plastic bag).

    If you return items that are not acceptable for resale, we cannot accept the return, and you will not receive a refund.

    Lily Melbourne cannot accept returns of items purchased during a giveaway or sale. Sale items can only be returned and exchanged for another product or a voucher.

    Shipping costs for orders are non-refundable.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
